Setting the Pace during Low Times

Looking around me I see churches cutting back on meetings and I wonder why. Of course the leaders may have good reason for doing so. Leadership does not cut back on meetings because there's a growing interest, that's for sure! which provokes me to ask the question, why is there no interest?. We can blame society, work, responsibilities and culture as much as we like, we can say that today's generation has other interests. but surely if we have what it takes, then folks will see it and join us! There are some things we should never compromise or quit doing like preaching for example. It may seem foolish to preach to half a dozen or less but God has chose n the foolishness of preaching to confound the wise. Preach we must, that's a first. A Leadership Assessment. 1.
